TOP NOTCH WORK AT A FAIR PRICE
I can’t say enough in praise of Erik and Nathalie. When my boiler suddenly stopped working, other contractors didn’t even call back. Nathalie called that afternoon to say Erik would be right over, and he was! He explained what was needed and gave me a quote. And he came back early the next day, telling me I had to have heat ad hot water. They did the work thoroughly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with.
And when my AC quit, again, Erik was there the same day. He showed me the material commonly used, which has major issues. He made a temporary fix, as the next day was to be hot, then came back to make a permanent repair. Nathalie runs the office and works with Erik when a job needs two people. They’re smart and professional but also the kind of people you’d like to hang out with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
Heat pump coolant leaked out. I called Erik, fast response, excellent work, answered questions I didn't know I had. I would highly recommend AAA Mechanical. Tom Snyder
I had an emergency water leak in my bedroom, of course on a Saturday, my regular HVAC person, couldn't make it until Monday, so I called Eric late morning, he said he would be at my place at 5:00 that afternoon. He showed up about an hour early, saw what the problem was, repaired it and was out the door by the time he said he would be there!! Erik was a lifesaver, and the price very affordable, considering it was an emergency call and was repaired the same day. To top it all off, he is a very friendly guy too!!!😃
I think I found a new HVAC company!!!
Erik came over recently on a Saturday to work on our heating system (Triangle Tube). We were having problems with our hot water; sometimes it was hot and other times it was just lukewarm. The shower in particular was lukewarm all the time. He determined that the problem was the mixing valve. He replaced it and that took care of our problem. We had also noticed that the cold water faucet in the kitchen would be warm when we turned it on and we had to let it run to become cold. As it turned out, replacing the mixing valve solved that problem as well. While he was here, we mentioned that the toilets weren’t flushing well. He unplugged all the little holes under the rim of the toilets to aid in better flushing. Erik also gave us a couple of hints as to what to look for if problems arose in the future. One thing that we especially like about Erik is that he doesn’t try to talk you into things that you don’t really need.
Erik saved our Thanksgiving! He was incredibly fast and effective. He was also very knowledgeable, I am very thankful for him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Mike
Erik was extremely attentive, competent, knowledgeable and a stand up guy. He was timely, tidy/neat and explained the process to me with our old school slant-fin boiler issues. Erik even took the time to get the right parts together to rebuild and fabricate a gas valve to adhere to our heat system to function properly. He inspected the issue, advised me on the issue in great detail. The gas valve on the boiler controls the flow of gases into the burner and pilot light, which are essential for igniting the boiler. When you press the heating and hot water buttons on your gas boiler, the PCB (printed circuit board) detects whether the fan is operational, generally but ours is old school. Superb Service. My heater started acting really weird and not firing after being ran through a cycle. I called around, and most of the people that were recommended on Facebook didn't answer the phone or were unable to give me a reliable time on when they would get there. I called Erik, he called me right back told me he'd be there at 2 and he was there early. He diagnosed my kerosene heater, figured out what it needed(needed the whole head replaced for the most part). Then he called around to try to find the head, naturally it was unavailable in st albans or ridiculously priced. So he replaced the computer and the pump. Solved the problem, along with putting up with my dog that doesn't like strangers usually(but he liked him), and my daughter that wanted to get as close to him as possible to see what he was doing. Very reasonably priced, and reliable. 100% will use again and HIGHLY recommended!
